ETHICS IN FINANCe

Ethics generally concern with the humans behavior differentiate between right and wrong. General ethic in which truthfulness, honesty, respect of other and justice. Ethics is related for all the aspect of the life in which business and finance. And we can say that finance ethics is the part of the general ethics.
 In current time the finance or we can say that money is the basic  and power of all humans and this is the need of current time. So in this so many people where unethical but this is the things where the ethics is most important. Ethics is important in finance because it involves the management of other people's capital, so ethics is also important in the finance.


Some Examples of unethical issue in Finance:

  • Holding up  bills of vendor on silly reason and ultimately buying product from other to avoid payments to earlier vendor.
  • delay in paying wages, intrests to financers, incentives bonus to employees.
  • cheating employee of their due toward medical expanses,leave travel assistance, children education fees etc.

ETHICS IN MARKETING


Ethical marketing is less marketing and more philosophy that informs all marketing things. in which it deals with honesty, fairness etc. Ethical marketing is very important for the the good relation with customer and friendly with others company. A companies where ethical in such a way that they show a advertisement and it serves same item that where shown in the advertisement that is also a part of the ethical marketing. As you know domino's pizza company advertised that we were serve the hot pizza in half hour to the door and this company do this this is the good ethical way of marketing. In simple way we say that marketing without cheating. 
It is not all time profit for the company but after some time it is good for the company because by any ethical behavior of any company a the costumer where attract toward that particular company.



Likewise,we have an example that using Fair&lovely can make your skin more brighter and stay it longer for 24 hour but it is not true.any cream can't make anyone fairer for much time.
this is called unethical marketing.making peoples fool and sell them their product is not aright way
make your product for which their is demand and craze in public rather than making them fool.
there are lots of example of unethical practices in marketing are due to which unethical advertisement get banned.but still MNCsnot going to stop such unethical practices due to which they are lossing their goodwill in market.they need to understand today's generation is not fool.they notice everything.

There is much concern about why women are not making it to the top of organisations and professions. Equal numbers of men and women are recruited and a reasonable percentage are there at mid to senior levels, but there are few at the top.
When asked why this happens, I say with some confidence that it is about workplace culture. Two years ago a survey was conducted  in a College of  Cambridge. When asked what had been the biggest challenge to their career, 22 per cent of those women said it was combining work and family; 38 per cent cited an unsupportive workplace culture.
This is not all about gender bias, but a lot was summed up by a woman in her mid-30s: “I am surprised by how male-dominated the workplace is, designed by men, for men, with a male culture and set of values.
If you ask women, they can describe the behaviours they find disturbing. Many will say that their voice is not heard, they are interrupted or ignored in meetings.
A questions are raised in selection processes about whether a woman “is tough enough”?

There are the some ways by which we can share the workplace culture:

  • We should get 50 per cent women at every level of the organisation and that will solve it.
  • reservation should be provided to women so that they can share the workplace easily.
  • some relief should be provided to women during selection.
  • families does not allow women to work in night shift so organisation need toassure the safety of women during night.
If something wrong is going on with them than they should raise their voice but most of them cannot do why?
 In my experience, many women think it must be something wrong with them, and are mightily relieved that so many others have experienced the same thing.

 I certainly hope that will happen in the long term but it leaves the problem of women’s current experience of the workplace, which often stops them wanting to aim for more senior management and leadership roles.
We need real changes in behaviour.It would be good if men and women could be more aware, for example, about what happens in meetings, making sure they speak up when women are ignored or patronised. There should be more women in the chair, whatever level of the meeting. It is also important that socialising and networking take place in the working day and not in the pub.
None of this change is impossible, though the history of male power in the workplace means that it is not necessarily quick or easy.
